Many people looking for a dentist also need a doctor, and this group lists the medical clinics, family physicians, urgent care and walk-in centers, hospitals, pediatricians, eye doctors, medical specialists and pharmacies near the dental practices on the site. Primary care in the US runs through family doctors and internists who coordinate referrals; urgent care centers handle minor injuries and illnesses without an appointment for far less than an emergency room; hospitals with emergency departments are the place for severe facial trauma or a dental infection that spreads. Arlington Heights is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Arlington Heights follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Dr. Scafaru is knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. Her assistant is also unusually capable. Her diagnosis was insightful. There was a little wait time, but quite reasonable. Honor where honor is due. Thomas

I came here on April 28th for a annual wellness check that is covered completely by my insurance - united health. These guys billed by insurance 500$ for an office visit where the doctor just took my blood pressure & temperature. THAT'S IT. & then charged 365$ for a routine blood test that comes with wellness check. They should have billed it as preventive care. Instead they billed it as an office visit. Because of that, I've Co pay to pay when it should have been free!! Doctor I've seen : Zohaib Qureshi. I've nothing against the doctor. He was great! But this business seems borderline scammy. Avoid coming here. I'm changing my primary care physician from this location.

I took my husband to the ED it was packed as usual we got there about 9:30 pm with SOB & dizziness. Right away they did blood work , an EKG & chest xray. With his history they also did a chest CT . We didn't get placed in a room for another 2 hours & it was one of the behavioral health rooms because that's what was available. Dr. Shah came in to see him & after speaking to her for a few moments she stated she wanted a head CT due to the dizziness. She did say he would be admitted because it was a cardiac issue. Unfortunatly we didn't get a bed until almost 3am. But again that's at all hospitals beds are scarce. Once upstairs the nurse gave him something to eat and settled him in for the night. We were on the 3rd floor cardiac unit the nurses Jonas, Laurie & the PCT Maria were heaven sent. They were so good with him especially after his angiogram. They checked up on him to make sure there was no excessive bleeding & even made sure I was comfortable while staying with him. I work in healthcare so I understand the struggles of no beds and the wait. He spent 3 days on the Cardiac floor and was treated extremely well. Thank you I appreciate you and again the nurses & PCT mentioned above

Similar to another reviewer, I have a history of sinus infections (about one per year). I have been a patient at this clinic for several years and have never had a dissatisfying experience—until now. I visited the clinic for a sinus infection and met with an NP. I received some good advice and was prescribed antibiotics. However, the antibiotics did not work, and I was told I had to return for a second visit. I am not sure why this was necessary, as the NP had already diagnosed me with a sinus infection. This additional visit ended up costing me more money. In the past, I was able to request a different antibiotic via phone or message without needing to return to the clinic. At my second visit, I met with a physician who recommended Augmentin. I explained that Augmentin does not work for me based on my past history and requested a different antibiotic. I was then prescribed a stronger antibiotic, which also did not work—unsurprisingly, since I had taken it before with no success. Ironically, despite repeatedly being told by different providers at this clinic that this particular antibiotic was “too strong” for sinus infections, they still prescribed it to me. At this point, I was

I am a 56 year old man with 20 plus years as patient. With an extensive history of the sinus infections (4 to 6 times a year), in order to get treatment I would have to lie and say I have been sick for a week. I was told to wait in pain for 7 to 10 days then I will treat you. When I explain my history the PA said don’t tell me my job. I was always told not to lie to your doctor. Wrong... Medical attention is don’t be well, get worse-and I will treat you. I walked out and I went to another location and was given what I needed and 24 hours I feel great. Thank you Doctor from another location. Your amazing because you listened and you’re not part of the paint by numbers art of medicine. If you want that I would go to Hobby Lobby. It’s the Art of medicine not science. I was told it could be viral but we can’t test for that, so the truth it is a just a guess. Finally respect for a patient to whom has had 120 sinus infections and knows what works. To add to this ineffectiveness of this location, 3 years ago I was told to come back in 10 days for an infectious disease doctor. Seven hours later I took matters into my own hands went to the ER and was immediately put in isolation for 7 day
